I remember a time when that would have jumped out at me like hey, perhaps I am not the only one in the world this contrived. Someone thinks like I do finally! Then I realized that we all think that way but in reality are as shallow outside as we are inside. I spend all my time bitching about other people and thinking I'm greater than the rest and that my profound thoughts give me an edge above everyone else and that I and I alone am this awesome.
